On Friday, September 18th, 2020 at approximately 5:46pm, 5 District (Fort Erie) uniform officers with the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) attended the Big Texas Bar, located at 129 Niagara Pwky, in the Town of Fort Erie for a report of a stabbing.
Officers arrived on scene and located a male victim suffering from a stab wound. The victim was transported to an out of region hospital in serious but stable condition.

In September of 2020, detectives from the St. Catharines Street Crime Unit of the Niagara Regional Police Service (NRPS) began an investigation into the illegal sale of suspected crystal methamphetamine from a St. Catharines residence.

On Wednesday, September 16th, 2020 at approximately 9:12am, 3 District (Welland) Uniform Officers responded to the area of Mcnaughton Road and Nelles Road, in the City of Welland, in response to a collision.
Initial information received was that a male was operating a Blue Chevy SIlvarado, when he collided with a parked car.

Update 2 - September 21st, 2020
On Thursday, September 17th, at approximately 7:00am, 3 District (Welland) uniform officers responded to the area of Prince Charles Drive and Fitch Street, in the City of Welland, in regards to a sexual assault that had just occurred.
As a result of the investigation, police were able to obtain video footage of the suspect running, shortly after the incident occurred.
